Relevance of RAB
During the course of streamlining the working norms for CapNet SA, there was a felt need for having an advisory body comprising eminent individuals and organizations in the water sector who could add value to the regional initiative through the wisdom accumulated from their rich experience as key water actors. Being relatively distant form the direct implementation – it is expected that they will be able to take a more objective and holistic view of the process and suggest positive interventions that may escape those more directly involved. |
