The objective of this study is to carry out a stocktaking exercise of the existing Capacity Building (CB) systems and structures within each country of South Asia with a view to its suitability for promoting shift from sectoral to integrated paradigm for water understanding, policy, and practice. CapNet South Asia Regional Secretariat has completed an Inception Report.
