Prachanda Pradhan
He is Chairman, Farmer Managed Irrigation Systems Promotion Trust,
Kathmandu, Nepal, was Professor of Public Administration in Tribhuban University,
Kathmandu, Nepal. He earned his Ph.D in Government from Claremont Graduate School and University
Centre, Claremont, California, in 1969. He was engaged in teaching and research in the university until 1980. He has several books to his credit. Patterns of Irrigation Organization: Case study of 21 Farmer Managed Irrigation Systems in Nepal, 1989,
